How do I reserve you for a photo shooting?
As soon as we have decided on a date and time for your event you can pay the required deposit and you will be officially booked!
Which form of payments do you accept?
For easy payment of your deposit and package I offer a comfortable online payment option. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. If you prefer PayPal is available.
If we cancel our booking will we receive our deposit back?
In case you cancel you will not receive your deposit back. This covers any loss in the form of lost bookings and eventual cost already arisen before the actual session. However, we understand that unforeseen events can happen, so we can arrange another date for your session.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 8 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
Do you travel to meet clients?
This is not always neccessary but If we need to do it. It is possible to arrange in person meetings within reasonable limits. If it shouldn’t be possible due to scheduling or distance we love to video chat with you.
Which additional cost might occur?
If you select a whole package, there is no additional cost after the payment of that package. But if in addition to that, you choose pay per printed photos, the final cost will depend on your selection.
If you selected and pay just for the photo session, so any Digital Individual Download or any Digital Package Download as well as any printed image will have its own cost.
How should we prepare for Portrait Session?
Make sure you have enough time to prepare beforehand so you are not stressed, wear comfortable and pretty clothes, treat yourself with a makeup and your preferred hairs style. If you are doing the session with kids, it helps to bring something to drink and some little treats to make it easy for them as well.
But, don't worry, youl will get an email from me some days before your photo session so I can ensure you are well prepared.
How long does it take until my final gallery is available for viewing?
I know how excited you are to see the final images, so I do my best to provide you with the final product as soon as possible.
Mini portrait sessions take about 1-2 weeks until it will be possible to view them online.
For a whole session, all the images in the final gallery (around 40) will be edited and available to you within 2 to 3 weeks.
How many photos do we get in a session?
I will present around 40 images in your gallery, this includes both color and black and white photos. These images will already be fully edited to my signature editing style.
What rights do I have to the digital prints?
You will receive reproduction rights to all your images. This gives you the right to reproduce the images for personal use, so you can use them for prints, sharing them on your social media, making canvases, etc. Commercial use is not allowed if not separately agreed on. The copyright of the images will belong to the photographer.
